Who we are

Order requests

An order sent from this website is a request, not a completed sale. No payment is taken on the site. We confirm availability, price and (for prescription eyewear) your prescription, then send you a secure payment link. The sale is confirmed only once you pay.

We may decline or cancel a request, for example if a frame is discontinued, a price or description was shown in error, or a prescription cannot be made safely. Any payment received is refunded in full.

Prices

Prices are in Canadian dollars. Frame prices are the maison’s suggested retail price unless a promotion is shown. Lens prices, offers and availability depend on your prescription and frame; we confirm the final lens and price with you before you pay. If a price on the site is wrong, we will tell you before charging and you may cancel.

Prescriptions and fittings

Prescription eyewear is made only from a valid prescription. We may contact your eye doctor to confirm it. Lens thickness drawings, progressive lens comparisons, virtual try-on and the camera fitting tool are illustrations and estimates to help you choose; they are not an eye exam or a guarantee of how a lens will look or perform. A licensed optician checks every order before it is made.

Shipping, returns and warranty

Delivery times, returns, exchanges, final-sale items, non-adaptation remakes and warranties are set out in our store policies, which form part of these terms.

Insurance

If you ask us to bill your insurer directly, you authorize us to share the details needed for the claim. You remain responsible for any amount your plan does not cover.

Using this website

• Content, photos and videos on this site belong to Leruso or are used with permission. Brand names are trademarks of their respective owners; we are an authorized retailer, not the brand owner.
• Some visuals on this site are created or enhanced with AI and are marked as such.
• Please don’t misuse the site: no automated scraping, attempts to break security, or false orders.
• The site is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses from using it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Ontario consumer protection law.
